Supported source targets may include local .mp3 and .wav files, YouTube, SoundCloud, Internet Archive, Apple Music links, and Spotify links. Availability may vary by source, provider rules, network access, account requirements, and technical limitations. 5. Prohibited Use You may not use 9eo to: - Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights - Harass, abuse, or disrupt others - Play or distribute content you do not have permission to use - Attempt to access, extract, or misuse bot tokens, credentials, or private server files - Overload, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the bot or its host server - Use the bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines 6. Availability 9eo is provided as-is. The bot may be offline, restarted, updated, limited, or removed at any time without notice. No uptime, availability, or playback guarantee is provided. 7. Playlists and Stored Data 9eo may save playlist names and track/source references when users use playlist commands. The bot owner may edit or delete stored data during maintenance, troubleshooting, or abuse prevention. 8. Third-Party Services 9eo may interact with Discord and third-party media/source services when users provide links or playback requests. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. 9eo is not responsible for third-party services, content, restrictions, outages, or changes. 9. Disclaimer 9eo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Use the bot at your own risk. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the bot owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, server disruption, unavailable playback, or third-party content issues related to use of 9eo. 11. Termination The bot owner may remove 9eo from a server, block usage, delete data, or stop operating the bot at any time, especially if misuse, abuse, security risk, or policy violation is suspected. 12. Changes These Terms may be updated as 9eo changes. Continued use of the bot after updates means you accept the updated Terms. 13.
